  • • 1 Pack of Salmas
  • • 2 Eggs
  • • 100 grams of fresh Spinach
  • • Parmesan flakes
  • • Salt
  • • Pepper
  • • Olive Oil

Preparation Method

  1. 1. Boil eggs for 8 minutes, then peel and dice.
  2. 2. Place olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan and heat.
  3. 3. Add boiled eggs add spinach in the pan and stir until spinach is cooked.
  4. 4. Place the cooked egg and spinach on top of a Salmas and garnish with Parmesan flakes. Enjoy!
