  • • 1 pack of Salmas
  • • 1 Avocado
  • • 140 grams of Tuna
  • • 1 Lemon
  • • 1/2 Tomato cut in dices
  • • 1/2 Mango cut in dices
  • • Salt
  • • Pepper
  • • Crushed Chili Pepper
  • • Cilantro
  • • Low-Fat Mayonnaise

Preparation Method

  1. 1. To prepare the Guacamole, cut the tomato and mango in dices, smash with the avocado and add lemon, crushed chili pepper, salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Drain the Tuna and add two tablespoons of low fat mayonnaise and mix.
  3. 3. Spread two tablespoons of Guacamole over the Salma and add the Tuna.
  4. 4. Chop the Cilantro, add on top of the Salma, and enjoy!
